Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) are typically processed and shipped by the following business day.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will generally be processed and shipped on the second business day. For example, if you place your order after 3:00 PM on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Note that this is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to meet the above timeline.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please allow additional processing time if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once an order is processed, the delivery speed will typically meet the following, barring any events that may prevent shipping such as natural phenomena, road/transit closures, or acts of God:
FedEx Ground: In transit 1–5 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Costs
For all orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost, method, and transit times will be determined at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We deliver to all 50 states and Canada.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes, and other U.S. territories.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When this occurs, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges. Common reasons for undeliverable packages include:
Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or unintended recipient usually returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
